SM Savemore Market – Jaro 2

I had a highly disappointing experience with SM Savemore Quintin Salas branch due to their poor customer service and untrained staff. Their cashiers (most of them to be honest) 6seemed unfamiliar with alternative payment methods, which caused significant delays when one payment method failed. To make matters worse, their outdated system failed to reflect payments that had already gone through on the customer’s side, forcing me to pay twice.

The staff offered no assistance during this ordeal. The supervisor, who should have been more knowledgeable and helpful, was equally clueless and failed to resolve the issue effectively. The cashier’s unapologetic attitude made the experience even more frustrating, as there were no apologies or efforts to address the inconvenience caused.

This level of service is unacceptable. Customers deserve better-trained staff, a functional payment system, and a basic sense of accountability and courtesy. I cannot recommend this place until they significantly improve their staff training and customer service practices.
