LBC – GT Town Center Pavia

my experience delivering a parcel to someone was never been this crappy and offensive. I had the most terrible transaction! one of the assigned employee acted so off, perhaps because she knew I am only a student. She was careless checking my stuff that she almost ruin one of the boxes. She never even dared to ask my consent to opening it since the contents are bit personal. I understand if it’s a must to check the things to be delivered, but at least be sensitive and inquire the proper way to do so. She was never accommodating nor approachable, the service was not recommended so i hope could be fix!
