where did my money go?
I tried to withdraw from your ATM at 3:02 AM, but my debit card took a long time to come out. I’m usually able to withdraw even small amounts from other Chinabank branches, but this is the first time I’ve experienced an issue where the money was deducted from my account but didn’t come out of the machine. How can I get my 400 pesos back? I want a refund even though is this a small amount but it’s my personal money. mygod.
