I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at the Pag-IBIG Molo branch today. I came straight from my night shift and arrived as early as 6 AM, only to be let inside by 8 AM and wait for hours — then they suddenly said the system is offline. No proper announcement, no updates, and no consideration for those of us who barely had any rest just to get this done.
I understand that system downtimes can happen, but what’s upsetting is the lack of clear communication and urgency. People travel far, wait for hours, and waste a whole day with nothing accomplished. Please improve your system reliability and make sure to inform the public early if there are outages or delays.
